The 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

is an 8 week program for couples, friends or family members wanting to come together to explore & find balance within the evolving dynamics of a current connection.


This two phase program creates a safe shared space of personal & relational investigation and discovery, offering the potential for mature relational communication, reconciliation and resolution.


Phase 1 "Relationship Mentoring":

Each individual is to take part in a four 1:1 Relationship Mentoring session offering support in consciously exploring Self within the realm of relationship:

-exploring how you partner your Self first & foremost

-diving deeper into what may currently be challenging you, & why, in the relationship

-investigating your relational patterning & wounding and how they may affect current relationship dynamics

-healing relational trauma

-supporting you as you consciously work through various transpersonal relationship themes

-assisting you gain clarity regarding your relationship desires & needs

-identifying personal boundaries & how to place them

-helping you work towards relationship oriented intentions or outcomes

-supporting you as you continue to explore your personal growth, and how best to integrate that into your relationship.

This phase is necessary, as relational work always starts with Self. This creates a clear, intentional space from which to address the relationship in a couple or group session setting.

Phase 2 "Find the Balance":

Clarity on each individual's unique relational themes, needs and style, offers a solid foundation with which to come together in a space of healthy collaborative & co-creative communication. With clear direction & focus on reaching resolution, or at the very least, a greater understanding of each other’s needs & experiences within the relationship. This phase aids the potential for the growth, evolution & transformation of the relationship.


Each session is unique according to your needs, but will comprise of honest conversational sharing, guided discussions, practical exercises, journal prompts and channelled energy work when required.
