As high & far reaching as your branches grow up into the Light, so too do your roots grow and expand down into the fertile soil of the Shadow.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your tree cannot grow strong, healthy or anchor without either branches or roots. Neither can exist without the other, and each has a vital role to play for the other. The aligned channel of the straight trunk exists between this symbiotic, harmonious relationship between the two.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So do not be afraid of your Shadow. As I always say, that’s where your treasure is buried. Get down & dirty, go explore that fertile soil, honour the roots, celebrate the stillness down deep - get into your body, feel, reclaim and accept all aspects of self, integrate your experiences with the wisdom gained, so that your branches can reach up to the Light and your tree can bear fruit and seeds anew! From my experience, you serve the Light from your Shadow.
