The more I expand my consciousness, the more I come to understand that the human physical body is the doorway to enlightenment.

The ultimate spiritual path awakening here on Earth, is realising and understanding this.

After so long trying to escape my physicality, misinterpreting it as a limitation, an uncomfortable restriction - true enlightenment comes from understanding that the entire expanse of existence is right here, in the last place I’ve thought or been taught to look. Not out there, nor up there, but in here, within this magnificent reflection and expression of all that exists and has the potential to exist.

So don’t try to escape your body, or shun it. Anchor yourself within the home of it, and expand from there. All you need or seek really is within you.
