Can you love yourself enough to be in the present moment? Be in the here and now. Be in your body.

Being in the past or the future isn’t actually possible, as neither currently exist, it’s the entertaining of your ego, which is just trying to keep you safe at any given time. A constant fearful looping of what was experienced in the past, projected into the future.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Practice this: when a thought about the past or future arises causing fear or anxiety in the present moment, put your hand to your heart and say “I love myself enough to be here right now, and right now I’m here”. You’ll feel the concern and anxiety slip away, and presence return.


Remember that where your attention goes, your energy flows, and you could very well create this potential scenario. That is how powerful you are. Which also means you’re powerful enough to create what you do want to experience in the present moment.


Move through the world as though you have no past, just wisdom (not fear) gained from past experiences, and watch how differently you respond to the present moment. Watch how beautifully you create from here, now.
