What is an Embodiment Energy Massage?

A deeply relaxing & healing full body energy massage offering for women.

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted? Struggling to allow yourself to relax and rest? Needing to feel safe to come home to your body and ground?

This Embodiment Energy Massage is a wonderful somatic way to reconnect to your body, enter a state of deep rest and re-align to your centre.

What is the structure of the massage session and what will we be doing?

​

​

Each session starts with an initial intention setting chat, moving on to a full body massage (including hands, feet & head) using hands-on massage techniques, Egyptian oils & energy work, followed by a cup of grounding tea & guidance if needed.

 

I offer in person sessions at my home in Vredehoek, Cape Town CBD when I am in South Africa. Each session is 2 hours long (the actual massage in 1.5 hours in length).

I am from an ancient & remembered line of healers, and studied, as well as practiced energy massage right at the start of my healing journey over 20 years ago. I'm excited to be returning to my original healing offering, understanding how important it is to feel at home and comfortable in a regulated & relaxed body, especially as a woman.
