What is the King Energy Activation?​

This 8 week program is designed for men who are wanting to explore, reconnect to, and integrate their healthiest, most conscious expression of masculinity.

This King Energy Activation program creates a safe, supportive therapeutic space of personal investigation and discovery - offering the exciting potential for transformation and embodiment of empowered, conscious masculinity and new ways of leading in the world as a man.

What is the structure of this program and what will we be doing?

​

​

This program runs over 8 weeks, with 8 weekly private 1:1 individual sessions addressing particular themes. 

​

Week 1 : Current Belief Systems & Challenges

Week 2 : Relationships & Dynamics

Week 3 : Soul Purpose, Heart's Desire, Personal Truth

Week 4 : Masculine & Feminine archetypes: internal and external

Week 5 : Relationship to the Sacred, Higher Self, Greater Self

Week 6 : Relationship to Human Self & Physical Body

Week 7 : Setting yourself up to Win

Week 8 : Sovereignty, stepping into King Energy, your Kingdom

Each 1.5 hour long session takes place online. The program runs according to the curriculum whilst being tailored to your needs, and will comprise of sensitive exploration and observation, honest conversational sharing, guided discussions, practical exercises, journal prompts and recommendation for channelled energy work if required and welcomed. After each session I send follow up notes & homework for the week which creates a structured container of support as you go, and creates an opportunity for you to process practically & effectively.

• gently exploring what may currently be challenging you in the realm of masculinity and your life, and why

• consciously working through various transpersonal themes

• helping you work towards specific life oriented intentions or outcomes with integrity

• exploring your wounding, or any traumas that need to be identified, process & integrated 

• identifying current emotional patterning & intellectual beliefs around masculinity, and what being a man in today's world means

• gaining greater understanding about both internal & external masculine and feminine archetypes & dynamics, and how this influences and shows up in relationship, career, community

• learning about & grounding healthy masculine consciousness, activating your sovereign King energy

• moving forward on your life path in a grounded, empowered way

This program creates the opportunity for conscious transpersonal exploration offering the potential for greater understanding, elevated perspective, grounded embodiment and deep healing. Whilst we work to a curriculum, I honour the way this program unfolds in direct alignment to your evolution and needs as we go.
