What is Ceremony?

This is a powerful two part ceremonial offering - an intentional moment to consciously & ritualistically mark a letting go, and a welcoming in.

​

Going through a big life transition? Mourning the loss of a loved one or relationship? Needing to free yourself from old, outdated stories, belief systems or behaviours? Called to step into greater alignment with your heart, purpose and life path letting go of what's holding you back? Wanting to intentionally celebrate a birthday, pregnancy, engagement or marriage?

This Ceremony offering is for individuals or couples wanting a sacred, guided space to celebrate, reach clarity and intentionally mark what needs to be let go of, processed & released in order to step over a threshold to welcome in, ground & celebrate a fresh new start aligned to your heart, purpose and life path.

What is the structure of this offering and what will we be doing?

​

This offering runs over two weeks...

 

Session 1: either private or as a couple

​

This session takes the form of a Supportive Mentoring Session - a guided safe space to reflect, discuss and share where you're at, what you feel you have outgrown or are needing to release, what lessons you've learnt along the way, what no longer serves you or is holding you back. Supporting clarity & empowerment around what you'd like to bring in, embody, and ground into realisation - celebrating a fresh start, reconnection & re-alignment to your truth, and a commitment to your life path and purpose moving forward.

This session is 1.5 hour long, in person at my home in Vredehoek, Cape Town CBD, and will comprise of sensitive exploration & observation, honest conversational sharing, guided discussions, practical exercises, and reflective journal prompts to work with during the week in processing and preparation for the second session - the Ceremony.

Session 2:

​

Following on from the first session and week of processing, this second session is marked by a Ceremony. A sacred moment to intentionally sit in gentle ceremony with me as your guide in a celebratory ritual of letting go, and welcoming in. 

 

A foundation of grounding embodiment meditation, conscious breath work, sound, heart opening with ceremonial Cacao or Jasmine tea, a guided meditation to consult with your Oracle, a releasing & intention setting ritual, and powerful energy work will support the ceremony and create a held space to release, realign & activate.

​

Please note: this ceremony offering can be adapted to be celebrated with a group or family (in a way that feels appropriate to you) and creates a wonderful opportunity to gather and celebrate a birthday, pregnancy, or engagement. 

​

This session is around 2.5 hours long, in person at my home in Vredehoek, Cape Town CBD, or if for a group at a select location.
